Résumé: تعتبر موريطانيا القيصرية من بين أهم المقاطعات الرومانية الإفريقية و التي عرفت ازدهارا في مجالات عدة و هذا راجع إلى شساعة مساحتها الجغرافية و خصوبة أراضيها، فعمدت الإمبراطورية الرومانية إلى تشييد العديد من المنشآت العمرانية، و هي ذات أنماط مختلفة، و لأن العمارة تعد إحدى الفنون التي برع فيها الرومان، فإن الباحثون يعتمدون عليها في دراساتهم الأثرية، و تعتبر المنازل جزء من هذه العمارة، و هي لا تقل أهمية نظرا لتعدد نماذجها و مكوناتها المعمارية من مرافق و مساحات عديدة حيث يمكن اعتبارها المرآة التي تعكس حياة الشعوب من كل الجوانب، لاحتواء بعضها على ملحقات تتمثل في الدكاكين، المخازن، فضاءات للعمال و ورشات الحرف و غيرها. و لما كانت المعالم العمرانية على هذه الأهمية جاءت فكرة هذا المقال داعية على تسليط الضوء هل قصر كاوة من أهم المعالم الأثرية الرومانية لمنطقة عمي موسى ب التابعة لمقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية ، و الذي لا يزال محافظا على هيكله المعماري العام و منها الأسوار المحيطة بجزء الإقامة و بقايا الأسوار الخارجية و الفضاء المعماري الداخلي المتمثل في غرف و ساحة و أروقة معمدة، و لذا فإننا سنقوم بدراسة هذا الموقع الأثري من حيث تاريخه و معرفة مرافقه و خصائصه المعمارية، لا سيما أن هذا النوع من المواقع يعد الأكثر انتشارا بموريطانيا القيصرية. Caesarean Mauritania was one of the most important Romanian African provinces that have experienced prosperity in many areas. The edifice was one of the arts that the Romans excelled in. The houses were part of the edifice, which were represented in milestones that were not less important in value due to the multiplicity of their models and architectural components. This could be considered as a mirror that reflects the lives of people from all sides, some of which contain accessories such as shops, stores,workspaces. The Kaoua Palace was considered as one of the most important monuments of the Roman archaeological sites of the Ammi Moussa region in the Wilaya of Relizane. It is part of the Caesarean Province of Mauritania, which preserved general architectural structure to nowadays, such as the walls surrounding the residence part, the remains of the outer walls and the internal architectural space of rooms, yard, and some other monuments. From all this, we are going to study the site to find out the type of these houses scattered in Caesarean Mauritania, their characteristics and their architectural space to reach its history.
