بورصة الجزائر بين الواقع التشريعي والفعالية الاقتصادية

Résumé: يتناول هذا الموضوع بورصة الجزائر من حيث واقعها التشريعي منذ تأسيسها إلى غاية اليوم من ناحية، ومدى انعكاس هذا التشريع على الفعالية الاقتصادي من ناحية أخرى ومحاولة تحديد موقعها بين البورصات خاصة منها المغاربية والوقوف على أهم العراقيل التي تواجهها بورصة الجزائر على المستويين التشريعي والاقتصادي و تقديم جملة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات للنهوض بالسوق المالية في الجزائر باعتبارها من أنجع طرق تمويل الاستثمار. Abstract This subject deals with the Algerian stock market in terms of its legislative reality from its inception until today, on the one hand, and the extent of the reflection of this legislation on economic efficiency on the other hand and trying to determine its position among the stock exchanges, especially in Maghreb, and to identify the most important obstacles faced by the Bourse of Algeria at the legislative and economic levels. Made a number of proposals to promote the financial market in Algeria as one of the most effective financing methods for investment.
