أثر التمويل التضخمي على اقتصاديات الدول النامية( اقتصاد السودان نموذجا : دراسة قياسية 1997- 2016)

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر التمويل التضخمي لعجز الموازنة العامة على الإقتصاد السوداني على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية مثل عرض النقود ومعدلات التضخم خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1997 إلى 2016 . وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في إطار البحث عن سبل تمويل الاقتصاديات في ظل العجز التي تعاني منه غالبية الدول النامية. بالإضافة إلى حصر الآثار المترتبة عن تمويل العجز بإصدار النقود الجديدة على اقتصادياتها. وهي بذلك تهدف إلى إبراز انعكاسات التمويل التضخمي لعجز الموازنة العامة في الاقتصاد السوداني و الخروج بمجموعة من النتائج المفسرة لتأثير زيادة إصدار النقود في معدلات التضخم في ظل زيادة تيار الإنفاق النقدي . The study examined the effect of inflationary financing on the inflation and the budget deficit in sudan during the period 1997-2016 . The importance of this study lies in the search for ways of financing economies in light of the deficit experienced by the majority of developing countries. In addition to limiting the effects of financing the deficit on the issuance of new money on their economies. based on the results of the analytical study : increasing publics expenditures especially after the exit of oil revenues from the general revenues of the budget and increasing of supply money lead to increasing the rates of inflation . also, inflationary financing has led to an increase in the budget deficit during recent years.The standard study also concluded there is a positive effect between the money supply , the public expenditure on the inflation rates.
