Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسة العقابية في الجزائر وما عرفته من تحولات وإصلاحات شاملة وعميقة مركزة على مبدا إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي لفئة المحبوسين، وستتناول بالتفصيل والدراسة أحد أنظمة إعادة الإدماج والذي يعتبر أحدثها وهو نظام الوضع تحت المراقبة الإلكترونية باستعمال تقنية السوار الإلكتروني على مستوى مؤسسة إعادة التربية والتأهيل معسكر من خلال التعرف على هذا النظام مكوناته وآليات عمله وهذا للاستفادة القصوى من تقنيات التحول الرقمي الحاصل في قطاع العدالة عموما وقطاع إدارة السجون وإعادة الإدماج خصوصا.
