المواكبة التشريعية لمعايير مؤشر الاداء وتقييم مناخ الاعمال بالجزائر

Résumé: يعتمد الاسستثمار أو الأعمال بشكل عام في كل دولة على مجموعة من المعطيات التحفيزية والمحددات التقنية التي تدفع أصحاب المال والمشروعات إلى إختيار دولة دون أخرى كمكان لإنشاء إستثماراتهم أو تأسيس أعمالهم. هذه المعطيات والمحددات تتلخص لدى الفقه الاقتصادي والقانوني في مصطلح بيئة الأعمال، أو مناخ الأعمال الذي ينبني على مجموعة من المعايير الضابطة لمؤشر أداء الاعمال، وذلك من أجل دعم وترقية وتقييم تنافسية اقتصاديات الدول، وتحسين مناخ الأعمال بها ومن المؤسسات الدولية التي تقوم بهذا العمل. In general, investment or business in each country depends on a set of motivational and technical determinants that push the owners of the money and enterprises to choose a country without another as a place to establish their investments or establish their business. These data and determinants are summarized in the economic and legal jurisprudence of the term business environment, or the business climate 1, which is based on a set of criteria for the indicator of the performance of business, in order to support and promote and evaluate the competitiveness of the economies of countries and improve the business climate and the international institutions that do this work
