Résumé: This research aims to address the reality of banking services in Islamic banks because of their important strategic role in economic activity, by studying the problem of what is the reality of electronic banking services provided in the Ouargla branch of Salam Bank, and we relied in the study of the problem on a descriptive approach in order to present the various concepts related to banking services On the field side, we used the method of case study, using the interview and questionnaire to collect various information and data necessary for this study. We also relied on some SPSS and excel programs. After addressing the field study, we reached the most important results that the Islamic electronic banking services derive their legitimacy from their commitment to the provisions of Islamic law, and that the electronic banking services in Al Salam Bank are not characterized by high quality and have a lack of demand for their use by individuals, and there is a medium to high effectiveness for the electronic banking services of Al Salam Bank Ouargla branch.
