قيم المعالجة الإخبارية لظاهرة الفساد الإداري في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية لأعداد من صحيفة الشروق اليومي

Résumé: تعتبر الفنون الخبرية من أهم المضامين التي تقوم من خلالها وسائل الإعلام بنقل الأحداث وكذا معالجة مختلف المشكلات والظواهر التي تهدد كيان المجتمع، وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت الدراسة لتبرز طبيعة قيم التي تتضمنها المعالجة الخبرية لمواضيع الفساد الإداري في صحيفة الشروق اليومي. ولغرض الدراسة الدقيقة للموضوع تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والذي يتناسب علميا مع أهداف الدراسة، وقصد التعرف عن كثب وللتشخيص الدقيق لكيفية المعالجة الإخبارية لظاهرة الفساد الإداري تم استخدام أداة تحليل المضمون حيث تم تقسيم المحتوى إلى فئات الشكل والمضمون، واستخدمت عينة أسلوب الدورة المكونة من 12 عدد من صحيفة الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: احتلال قيمة الأهمية صدارة مصفوفة القيم الخبرية لصحيفة الشروق اليومي، كما تبين كذلك بروز الرشوة في صدارة مواضيع الفساد الإداري في الصحيفة. This study came to highlight the nature of the values included in the news trematent of administrative corruption issues in the daily newspaper El-chorouk. Descriptive and analytical, which is scientifically appropriate to the objectives of the study, in ordre to identify closely the phenomenon we used the content analysis tool where the content was divided into categories of forme and content, and the study concluded a set of results the most important are : The value of importance is at the forefront of the news values matrix of the daily news Paper El-chorouk. It also shows the emergence of bribery in the Forefront of issues of administrative corruption in the news Paper.
