دور الإبداع التكنولوجي في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للدولة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع الإبداع التكنولوجي ودوره في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للدولة وانعكاس ذلك على التنمية المستدامة، إذ أن أحد متطلبات التطور والحفاظ على المركز الريادي في الاقتصاديات الحديثة يكون من خلال الإبداع التكنولوجي الذي يؤثر على كفاءة استغلال الموارد في الاقتصاد وبالتالي على الإنتاجية وعلى التكاليف والمزايا التنافسية ويقدم حلولا ملموسة للتنمية المستدامة اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وبيئيا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإبداع التكنولوجي يسمح بالاستخدام الأمثل للموارد ويؤثر بالتالي على الإنتاجية حيث يؤدي تحسنها إلى تحسن تنافسية الاقتصاد والتي تعتبر إحدى محددات النمو المستدام. In this study, we discussed the issue of technological innovation and its role in improving competitiveness of the state and its reflection on sustainable development, as one of the requirements of development and maintaining the leading position in modern economies is through technological innovation that affects the efficiency of resource exploitation of economy and thus on productivity, costs and competitive advantages. It also provides concrete solutions for sustainable development - economic, social and environmental. The study found that technological innovation allows for optimal use of resources and thus affects productivity as its amelioration improves the competitiveness of the economy which is considered as one of the determinants of sustainable growth.
