الآليات الدولية لمكافحة الإرهاب النووي

Résumé: تحاول هذه الورقة العلمية دراسة موضوع الإرهاب النووي وآليات مكافحته، حيث يشكل الإرهاب عند حصوله على السلاح النووي واستخدامه تهديدا للأمن والسلم الدوليين، ولمكافحة الإرهاب النووي ومنعه من امتلاك الأسلحة النووية، وجب تحديد الآليات الدولية من خلال الجهود الدولية المبذولة لمراقبة الأسلحة النووية ومنع انتشارها، وذلك بدراسة المنظومة القانونية من خلال الاتفاقيات الدولية، وإبراز أهم المبادئ الخاصة بالمبادرة العالمية لمكافحة الإرهاب النووي وفقا لتشريعاتها الوطنية والتزاماتها. This scientific paper tries to study the issue of nuclear terrorism and the mechanisms to combat it, as terrorism, when acquiring and using nuclear weapons, poses a threat to international peace and security, and to combat nuclear terrorism and prevent it from possessing nuclear weapons. International mechanisms must be identified through international efforts to control nuclear weapons and prevent their proliferation. By studying the legal system through international agreements, highlighting the most important principles of the global initiative to combat nuclear terrorism, in accordance with its national legislation and its obligations.
