Résumé: تعتبر الأسرة كأقدم المؤسسات التي يتكون منها البناء الاجتماعي وعرفت تحولات منذ الفترة الاستعمارية إلى عصرنا هذا وشهدت تغيرات مست النسق الاجتماعي العام فكان المجتمع الجزائري عبارة عن قبائل وعشائر على رأس كل قبيلة أو عشيرة شيخ يمثل الأب الروحي لها وهذا قبل الاحتلال الفرنسي الذي قام بتفكيك النظام القبلي وتحطيم الروح الجماعية وأضعف العلاقات العائلية التي كانت قائمة على أساس المبادئ الإسلامية ثم قضى على النظم السائدة في المجتمع الجزائري منذ القدم وبعد الاستقلال عملت الدولة على إعادة اللحمة الاجتماعية وتقوية قيم التضامن بانتهاج سياسة تنموية شاملة مما أدى إلى إعادة الهيكلة الاجتماعية التي كانت انعكاسا للتغير السوسيو ثقافي في البناء الأسري The family is considered as the oldest foundation that a society is composed of. The Algerian family has experienced many changes since the colonization till nowadays. However, the Algerian society was formulated by tribes and clans ,each one was under the rule of the wise man"sage" who represented spiritual father but when the colonization came everything changed.The French destroyed the collective spirit. Currently, the state makes efforts to bring back the cooperation values following a general development which led to the formulation of the social structuralism that reflects the socio-cultural change in the family construction.
