أثر السياسات الفلاحية التنموية في تقليص الفجوة الغذائية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl خلال الفترة 1990-2020

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر السياسات التنموية الفلاحية على الفجوة الغذائية في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج ARDL للفترة 1990-2020، باعتماد أول على المنهج الوصفي للسياسات الفلاحية المتبعة منذ سنة 1990 والإطار النظري للفجوة الغذائية ثم اعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الكمي للبيانات الإحصائية وتحليلها للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى كل المتغيرات المستقلة التي تعبر عن السياسات الفلاحية كانت ذا دلالة إحصائية معنوية تؤثر على الفجوة الغذائية في المدى البعيد. بحيث إن الإنتاج الفلاحي يعمل على تقليص الفجوة الغذائية بنسبة 0.018% في المدى البعيد وهذه النسبة تبقى ضعيفة بالمقارنة مخصصات المالية المرصودة لإنجاح برامج ومخططات السياسات الفلاحية. Through this study, we aim to measure the impact of agricultural development policies on the food gap in Algeria using the ARDL model for the period between 1990 and 2020 by using first of all the descriptive approach of agricultural policies used since 1990 and the theoretical framework of the food gap. And secondly the quantitative analytical approach for statistical data and it's analysis to reach the results desired. The study found that all independent variables that reflect agricultural policies were statistically significant and affected the food gap in the long term. The agricultural production works on reducing the food gap by 0.018% in the long term but this rate remains weak comparing to the financial allocations used for the success of the programs and the plans of agricultural policies
