واقع الخدمات التعليمية في الأحياء الفوضوية بمدينة الجلفة ، حالة حي بنات بلكحل

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الخدمات التعليمية في الأحياء الفوضوية بمدينة الجلفة ،حيث تم اعتماد حي بنات بلكحل كعينة للدراسة ، والذي تبين انعدام كلي للخدمات التعليمية الخاصة بطوري المتوسط والثانوي ، ونقص كبير في خدمات مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي ،كون مدرسة واحدة ذات 04 حجرات فقط لا تكفي لحي يقدر عدد سكانه بحوالي 9000نسمة ، الأمر الذي اجبر تلاميذ الحي على التنقل يوميا إلى المؤسسات التعليمية بالأحياء المجاورة قاطعين مسافات طويلة يوميا ،وهو ما شكل عبئا على هذه المؤسسات ، كما انعكس سلبا على مردود تلاميذ الحي ومن نتائجه كثرة التسرب المدرسي في صفوفهم ،خاصة لدى الإناث في مرحلة الثانوي. وهو ما يستوجب دق ناقوس الخطر لإيجاد حل عاجل ودائم لسكان الحي. Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the reality of educational services in the chaotic neighborhoods of the city of Djelfa, where the Banat Bellekhal neighborhood of was adopted as a sample for the study, which showed a complete lack of educational services for the intermediate and secondary stages, and a significant lack of services for the primary stage, as one school with 04 rooms Only it is not enough for a neighborhood with an estimated population of about 9000 people, which forced the students of the neighborhood to move daily to educational institutions in the neighboring neighborhoods, traversing long distances daily, which constituted a burden on these institutions; it also reflected negatively on the results of the neighborhood students, including the high dropout rate in their classes; especially for females in secondary school; this requires sounding the alarm to find an urgent and permanent solution for the residents of the neighborhood.
