آليات دعم وتعزيز الشراكة بين المؤسسات الناشئة والجماعات الإقليمة

Résumé: في ظل التوجه السياسي الحكومي في الفترة الأخيرة، والذي يولي إهتمام كبير لإنشاء تنمية محلية مستدامة، من خلال تقديم الدعم للمؤسسات الناشئة، وقد يتوسع هذا الاهتمام إلى وضع آليات تسمح بدعم وتعزيز الشراكة بين الجماعات الإقليمية والمؤسسات الناشئة، مع ضرورة إستحداث نصوص ناضمة كآليات تطبيق الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص وكيفيات تطبيقها، ومراقبتها في ظل إنعدام نصوص تشريعية تنظم إنشاء مؤسسات عمومية وخاصة إقتصادية تسمح بالشراكة بين القطاع العام المحلي والخاص. In light of the government’s recent political orientation to create sustainable local development by providing support to start-up. Territorial community should move towards private partnership and support and Establish mechanisms to enhance partnership between Territorial community and start-up. With the need to introduce integrate texts such as mechanisms for the application of public-private partnership and how to apply it. And to monitor it especially that ther are no legislative provisions regulating the establishment of public and private economic institutions that allow partnership between the public local and private sector.
