أثر أخلاقيات العمل على تحقيق جودة الخدمة الصحية –دراسة عينة من مقدمي الخدمة الصحية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية الشلف أولاد محمد-
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أخلاقيات العمل على تحقيق جودة الخدمة الصحية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية الشلف أولاد محمد، وذلك باستخدام المسح الإحصائي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أخلاقيات العمل تؤثر على تحقيق جودة مؤشر الاستجابة، الضمان والتعاطف. ولا تؤثر أخلاقيات العمل على تحقيق جودة مؤشر الملموسية والاعتمادية. This study aimed to know the impact of work ethics on achieving health service quality in the Public Hospital Institution Chlef Ouled Mohamed. The results of the study showed that the work ethics impact to achieving quality of responsiveness, assurance and empathy index. Work ethics does not impact to achieving quality of tangible and reliability index.
