دسترة حقوق الطفل في الجزائر

Résumé: يجب أن يحصل الأطفال على حقوقهم حتى يكتسبوا تجارب جديدة في حياتهم ولكن يجب أن تكون تجارب صحيّة وغير ضارة لهم ولا تؤذيهم من أي ناحية. فأخذ الطفل لحقوقه يؤدي إلى عدم تشرده وضياعه في المستقبل وإلى إشباع رغباته وحاجاته. عدم تعرضه للإساءة والاستغلال. حصول الطفل على حقوقه يحميه في المستقبل ويمنعه من العمل في ظروف ضارة. أبرزت جهود الدولة والعناية التي توليها لحماية وترقية الطفولة من خلال الترسانة القانونية التي و ضعتها و برامج التكفل بهذه الفئة في مختلف المجالات من بينها التربية و التعليم و الصحة علاوة على اليات المرافقة النفسية و الاجتماعية . فدسترة حقوق الطفل في الجزائر فرضتها التوجهات الدولية الطارئة أكثر من كونها ارادة داخلية إذ أن السياسة الإجرائية لحقوق الطفل وترقيتها في الجزائر منسجمة مع تطور النصوص الدستورية. Abstract: Children must have their rights in order to gain new experiences in their lives, but they must be healthy experiences that are not harmful to them and do not harm them in any way. Taking the child’s rights will prevent him from becoming homeless and lost in the future and will satisfy his desires and needs. Not to be exposed to abuse and exploitation. The child’s access to his rights protects him in the future and prevents him from working in harmful conditions. It highlighted the state's efforts and the care it gives to protect and promote childhood through the legal arsenal it has developed and programs to care for this category in various fields, including education, education, and health, in addition to psychological and social comfort mechanisms. The constitutionalization of children's rights in Algeria was imposed by urgent international trends rather than an internal will, as the procedural policy for children's rights and their promotion in Algeria is consistent with the development of constitutional texts.
