مقاربات و طرق تقييم المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مقاربات و طرق تقييم المؤسسات الاقتصادية، تبيان محدداتها و الأسس التي تقوم عليها. تصنف هذه المقاربات إلى كلاسيكية و تتفرع إلى مقاربة الذمة المالية و مقاربة التدفقات النقدية. و حديثة و ترتكز على منظور خلق القيمة و نموذج الخيارات. كما تم تناول دراسة حالة تقييم المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية أن سي أ رويبة عند دخولها لبورصة الجزائر. و قد خلص البحث إلى أنه لا توجد طريقة تقييم مثلى و إنما يتم استخدام أكثر من طريقة واحدة عند التقييم و لكل مؤسسة طرق تقييم تختلف عن مؤسسة أخرى تبعا لخصوصيتها و الهدف من عملية التقييم. The aim of this research is to study the approaches and methods of evaluating the economic companies, indicating their determinants and the bases on which they are based. These approaches are classified as classic which are divided into a financial and a cash flow approach, and modern that are based on the perspective of value creation and model options. The case study of the Algerian economic establishment was also discussed in the case of NCA Rouiba enterprise when it was entering the Algerian Stock Exchange. The research concluded that there is no optimal method of evaluation, but more than one method is used when evaluating and each company has different evaluation methods, depending on its specificity and the purpose of the evaluation process.
