دور العامل الاقتصادي في عملية التحول الديمقراطي في المملكة المغربية

Résumé: تطرح العلاقة بين الاقتصاد و السياسة العديد من المشاكل و القضايا المعقدة ، التي كانت محل دراسة و تحليل من قبل الدارسين و المقررين ، ومنه يمثل الاقتصاد السياسي موضوع يربط بين المتغيرين لإجاد الحلول الضرورية التي تحقق التوافق . ان من اهم أهداف الانظمة السياسية تحقيق التطور الاقتصادي من خلال تطوير السياسات في هاذا المجال . لان ضعف الاستراتيجيات السياسية في تسيير الموارد الاقتصادية له عديد الانعكاسات في كافة المجالات أولها تدني المستوى المعيشي في الوسط الاجتماعي للدولة و بالتالي ظهور الاحتجاجات و عليه تهديد مباشر للنظام السياسي القائم بفشل سياساته الاستراتيجية في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي ، و هذه الدراسة نعالج فيها هذه العلاقة الترابطية بين السياسة و الاقتصاد في المملكة المغربية ، هذا من خلال التطرق الى البنية الاقتصادية للمملكة المغربية و مدى اسهام النظام الساسي في تطويرها و تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي الداخلي . ومنه نصل الى مدى العلاقة التي تربط الساسة بالاقتصاد ، لان اغلب التحولات الديمقراطية التي عرفتها المملكة المغربية كان العامل الاقتصادي سبابا مباشرا في تلك التحولات. The relationship between economics and politics imposes many complex problems and issues, which were studied and analyzed by scholars and rapporteurs, the political economy is the subject of linking the two variables to find the necessary solutions that achieve compatibility. One of the main objectives of political systems is to achieve economic development through the development of policies in this field. Because the weakness of political strategies in the management of economic resources has many repercussions in all domains, the low standard of living in the social center of the state and therefore the emergence of protests which threat directly the existing failure system of its strategic policies to achieve economic growth, and this study address this relationship Between politics and economy in the Kingdom of Morocco, by addressing the economic structure of the Kingdom of Morocco and the extent of the contribution of the basic system to develop and achieve internal self-sufficiency. And from there we get to the extent of the relationship between politicians and the economy, because most of the democratic transformations known by the Kingdom of Morocco was the direct economic factor in those transformations.
