العنف ضد المرأة من منظور النخبة الدينية - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة جامعة الأمير عبد القادر -

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة وجهة نظر النخبة الدينية الجامعية نحو ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة، و قد أخذت الباحثة أساتذة جامعة الأمير عبد القادر قسنطينة كنموذج للدراسة ، حيث اعتمدت على منهج المسح وأداته استمارة الاستبيان لمعرفة رأي المبحوثين في ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من حيث تعريفه وأسبابه ، أنواعه وآثاره ، والتعرف على النتائج المقترحة من قبلهم للحد من هذه الظاهرة ، وقد اعتمدت على عينة قصدية قدرت بخمس وخمسون مبحوثا من كليتي أصول الدين والشريعة والاقتصاد . وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى بعض النتائج المهمة التي تساعد على فهم ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من منظور النخبة الدينية الجامعية من بينها ؛ أن أكثر أنواع العنف ضررا بالمرأة هو العنف النفسي ، و أن الاستفادة من وسائل الإعلام المتعددة لتكثيف التوعية بالآثار السلبية للعنف ضد المرأة هو الحل الأمثل للحد من الظاهرة ، وأن العادات والتقاليد الخاطئة في المجتمع ، والفهم الخاطئ للدين الإسلامي بخصوص القوامة والمشاكل الأسرية هي الأسباب الرئيسية المؤدية إلى تعنيف المرأة. Violence Against Women From The University Religious Elite Point Of View Case Study: A Sample Of El Amir Abd El kader University Teachers – Constantine – Abstract This article aims at knowing the university religious elite point of view toward the phenomenon of "Violence Against Women". To do so, the researcher adopted the teachers of Al-Amir Abd Elkader university as an example, and adopted the survey method and its material the questionnaire to find out their views concerning the phenomenon definition, reasons, kinds, effects and the expected results. The sample consists from fifty five teacher from both faculties RELIGION ORIGINS and CHARIAA and ECONOMY. the researcher found a considerable results; which help understanding this phenomenon from the elite point of view .Among those results ,the psychological violence, which considered the most harmful one, the use of media to sensibilize people about the negative effects of this phenomenon as a best solution to limit it, society false customs and traditions. In addition to Islam religion false understanding concerning protection concept. those are the main reasons leading to violence against women.
