استراتيجيات الوقاية من حوادث العمل - دراسة نظرية تحليلية -

Résumé: الملخَّـص: أصبحت حوادث العمل في البيئة المهنية من القضايا الأساسية و الهامة التي نالت تفكير واهتمام العديد من الدارسين و الباحثين و الأخصائيين في مجال علم النفس العمل و التنظيم و مسؤولي المنظمات الإنتاجية و الخدماتية. ويبرز في هذا الإطار العديد من الدراسات و الأطر النظرية التي تناولت موضوع الحوادث من جوانب مختلفة، إلا أننا في دراستنا هذه سنحاول أن نسلط الضوء على جانب مهم جدا وهو كيفية الوقاية من هذه الحوادث، ذلك من خلال عرض مجموعة من الأساليب الوقائية التي تساعد العامل على تفاديها، وكذا تقديم أهم وأنجع الاستراتيجيات والآليات التي من شأنها الحد من هذه الظاهرة. Abstract: Work accidents become important and basic issues in the occupational environment. What make it received the attention of many researchers, specialists in the Psychology work and organization domain, and responsible of organizations production and service. what Justifies the Number of studies and theoretical frameworks that dealt with the subject of accidents in different aspects. We try in this study to highlight a very important aspect of how we can avoid these incidents by range of preventive methods that help the worker to provide it. And we give the most important and effective strategies and mechanisms that will reduce this phenomenon.
