Résumé: ملخص شهدت الجزائر تطور ملحوظا في الخدمات وتحسين الأداء والإنتاجية، وذلك بتفعيل الحكومة الالكترونية التي تعد من أهم الدعائم والأسس التي ساهمت في تطور الحكومة والإدارات. وقد سعت الجزائر لإحداث تغيير في المجال الإداري، من خلال تحديث الهياكل الإدارية، والانتقال التدريجي للإدارة الالكترونية بغية التقليل من المشاكل، وهذا بفضل المتطلبات التي تحتاج إليها بغرض تقديم أداء عال المستوى وكفاءة فعالة، ولكن بالرغم من إيجابياتها إلا أننا نجد العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق نتائج ايجابية تصل إلى الأهداف المرجوة ، والتي تعترض المؤسسات في تبني تطبيق تقنية الإدارة الحكومية والاستفادة منها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحكومة الالكترونية، المتطلبات، الأهداف، المعوقات.
