تقييم مساهمة القطاع المالي في تمويل القطاع الخاص في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية للفترة 2010-2017

Résumé: انتهجت الجزائر وعلى غرار العديد من الدول النامية في السنوات الأخيرة نمطا جديدا للتنمية الاقتصادية بإعادة النظر في هيكلتها وفي تنظيم القطاع العام والتركيز على إحداث التوازن بينه وبين القطاع الخاص، هذا الأخير يواجه جملة من العراقيل ولعل أبرزها الحصول على التمويل اللازم. وقد هدفت الورقة البحثية ضمن إطار وصفي تحليلي إلى إبراز مكانة القطاع المالي في تمويل القطاع الخاص في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل دور السوق المالية والقطاع البنكي في إمداد القطاع الخاص بالموارد المالية اللازمة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الدور المعتبر للقطاع البنكي مقارنة مع السوق المالية في توفير التمويل لهذا القطاع. Like many developing countries in recent years, Algeria has adopted a new pattern of economic development by rethinking its structure, organizing the public sector and focusing on balancing it with the private sector. The latter faces a number of obstacles, perhaps the most important of which is the necessary funding. The research paper aimed at highlighting the role of the financial sector in financing the private sector in Algeria by analyzing the role of the financial market and the banking sector in providing the private sector with the necessary financial resources. The study concluded the role of the banking sector in comparison with the financial market in providing financing for this sector.
