الضغوط النفسية و علاقتها باستراتيجيات التكيف لدى عينة من أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول الدراسة الحالية موضوع الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بإستراتيجيات التكيف لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا، حيث تفترض الدراسة وجود علاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتيجيات التكيف لدى أفراد عينة البحث، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وذلك باستخدام مقياس الضغوط النفسية الذي أعده جبالي صباح (2012)، وكذا مقياس إستراتيجيات التكيف الذي أعده سلام راضي أنيس البسطامي (2013) على عينة قوامها 50 أم، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للمعاقين عقليا بولاية الوادي حي الشط/ والدبيلة. وللإجابة عن فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام معامل الارتباط "بيرسون" والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، فكانت النتائج على النحو التالي: - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية واستراتجيات التكيف لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجية البناء المعرفي لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجية حل المشكلات لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجية الدعم الاجتماعي لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجية التجنب والهروب والنكران لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجية الاسترخاء لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية وإستراتجيات التكيف تعزى لمتغير شدة الإعاقة لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا. وبناء على النتائج المتوصل إليها تتبين ضرورة القيام بدراسات أكثر عمقا، وعلى عينات أكبر بهدف خفض المستويات المرتفعة من الضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات المعاقين عقليا، وتحسين استعمال استراتيجيات التكيف. The abstract is in English Study summary: The current study deals with the subject of psychological stress and its relationship to the adaptation strategies for mothers of mentally handicapped children، as the study assumes the existence of a relationship between psychological stress and adaptation strategies of individuals of the research sample، to achieve this goal the descriptive correlation approach was adopted by using the psychological stress scale prepared by Jabali Sabah (2012) as well as the scale of adaptation strategies prepared by Salam Radi Anis Al-Bastami (2013) on a sample of 50 mothers، they were intentionally chosen from the educational psychological center for the mentally handicapped in the wilaya of El-Oued City Chatt and Debila. To answer the hypotheses of the study، the Pearson correlation coefficient، the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation were used، and the results were as follows: _There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and adaptation strategies of mothers of mentally handicapped children. _ There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and cognitive building strategy among mothers of mentally handicapped children. _ There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and problem-solving strategy of mothers of mentally handicapped children. _ There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and social support strategy for mothers of mentally handicapped children. _ There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and the strategy of avoidance، escape and denial of mothers of mentally handicapped children. _There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and relaxation strategy among mothers of mentally handicapped children. _There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and adaptation strategies due to the variable of severity of disability among mothers of mentally handicapped children. Based on the findings، it is evident that more in-depth studies should be carried out on larger samples in order to reduce high levels of psychological stress among mentally handicapped mothers، and to improve the use of adaptation strategies.
