Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث ماهية عقد إيجار السفينة المخصصة لنقل النفط. وذلك من خلال التعريف بعقد إيجار السفينة بوجه عام في ضوء ما قررته القوانين وآراء الفقه. ثم بيان صور عقد إيجار السفينة وهي إيجار السفينة غير مجهزة وإيجارها مجهزة سواء بالمدة أم بالرحلة. ثم نبين بعد ذلك التعريف بعقد إيجار السفينة المخصصة لنقل النفط وخصائصه. ثم التمييز بينه وبين عقد النقل البحري بسند شحن. ومن ثم سيقسم البحث على مبحثين وبالشكل الآتي: المبحث الأول: التعريف بعقد إيجار السفينة بوجه عام وصوره المبحث الثاني: التعريف بعقد إيجار السفينة المخصصة لنقل النفط وخصائصه والتمييز بينه وبين عقد النقل البحري Abstract: The abstract should be written within 100 words (SAKKAL MAJALLA 16)...... This Research deal with the Concept of the Lease Contract of the designate for Carrige of oil. First we explain the Lease Contract of Ship " charter Party " in general, Then we will indicate the types of the Lease Contract of the Ship, which is the Charter of un unequipped Ship, and the Charter of equipped Ship. Time Charter, Voyage Charter. Then we definie the Lease Contract of the Ship designate for Carrige Oil, and the we distinguish between the lease Contract of the Ship designate for Carrige of Oil and the transport Contract of good by Bill of Lading.
