Résumé: نظرا للأهمية البالغة لجهات التصديق الإلكتروني، في تحقيق عنصري الثقة والأمان في المعاملات الإلكترونية، قام المشرع الجزائري بتنظيم أحكام هذه الجهة وفقًا للقانون رقم 15-04 مؤرخ في 2015/02/10 المتعلق بتحديد القواعد العامة بالتوقيع والتصديق الإلكترونيين، بإنشاء أنظمة محايدة تتولى حماية هذه البيانات والمعلومات المتبادلة بين المتعاملين والتأكد من صحتها.
