تجريم تمويل الإرهاب كآلية لمكافحته في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: الملخص: أدى تصاعد العمليات الإرهابية في العديد من الدول بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 إلى ازدياد اهتمام الدول والمجتمع الدولي والإقليمي بمسألة تمويل الإرهاب باعتباره يشكل العصب الأساسي للعمليات الإرهابية المدمرة بحيث أصبحت الجماعات الإرهابية تستمد قوتها من مصادر تمويلها ومتى تنوعت وتعددت هذه الأخيرة اشتدت خطورتها وخطورة العمليات الإرهابية خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي. أدرك المشرع الجزائري خطورة التمويل الإرهابي فوضع إستراتيجية قانونية لمحاربته فأصدر قانون 05-01 المؤرخ في 6-02-2005 المتضمن الوقاية من تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب ومكافحتهما وقانون 15-02-2015 المعدل والمتمم للقانون الأول. Abstract : The escalation of terrorist operations in many countries after the events of september 11-2001 led to an increase in the interest of states and the international community in the issue of financing terrorism, as it constitutes the main nerve of destructive terrorist operations, so that terrorist groups derive their strength from their financing. The fight against the financing of terrorism raises many problems, especially with regard to detection and prosecution, by looking at the methods adopted in financial transaction and the interference of intermediaries in these operations. The Algerian legislator realized the danger of terrorist financing, so setting up a solid legal strategy to combat it.
