التناول النسقي لسوسيولوجية التماثل المنظمي

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: هيكل البحث عن ثقافية الحس المنظمي، فتح عدة مدارج تفكيرية، حملت على عاتقها لواء العدالة المنظمية بمختلف أبعادها ومعاييرها، الأمر الذي كرس اختلاف منطلقاتها وتعدد توجهاتها التنظيرية ،التي اختلفت مناهجها فتقاربت أهدافها لتحقيق مزيدا من الاندماج الداخلي للفاعل في العمل أو التطابق والتجاوب النفسي ،بما ينعكس في صورة تحقيق لذاتية الفاعل أو التزامه نحو عمله. من خلال وضع آليات وميكانيزمات الضبط التنظيمي التي تعمل على تكريس الفعل المعقول، الذي ينمط النسق القيمي والمعياري لتحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي والمهني للفاعل خاصة وتوازن الواقع التنظيمي عامة. إن ماتصبو إليه هذه المنطلقات البحثية ، التي تنبع أصلا من الوضعية الداخلية التي هيكلت البنية التنظيمية الجزائرية، بمظاهر الالتزام الانسحابي والاغترابي هو البحث عن محكات فاعلة لبناء ،فتنمية ثقافة الالتزام الوظيفي الايجابي كمظهر لترسخ ثقافية التماثل المنظمي في سياق يضمن تأويلات العدالة الاجرائية والتوزيعية والتفاعلية ضمن المنظومة الضبطية . الكلمات المفتاحية: التناول النسقي، سوسيولوجيا التماثل النظمي Organizational Similarity The organizational sense opens several pathways of thought and carries organizational fairness with its different standars and dimensions. That is what fix the diversity of its theoretical trends which have different appraoches with the same aims to achieve the internal integration or psychological response of the worker and he committes his tasks assigned at a workplace through designing mechanisms organizational control to achieve social and professional stability for the worker especially and to balance the organizational reality in general. The puropse of these reasearch points which are originally stem from the internal position which has shaped the Algerian organizational structure is to search for effective ‎criteria. The development of functional commitment to establish the culture of organizational similarity ensures procedural fairness , distributive fairness and interactional fairness within the control system.
