دور نظام المعلومات في تكامل سلسلة توريد المؤسسة الممتدة دراسة حالة شركة Condor Electronics

Résumé: مستخلص : يعتبر نموذج عمل المؤسسة الممتدة وادارة سلسلة التوريد، من نماذج الاعمال الجديدة والفعالة في بيئة الاعمال العالمية، تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اظهار دور واهمية استعمال نظم المعلومات وتكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال في الربط بين كل الفاعلين (الموردين، الزبائن، الشركاء)، من اجل تحقيق هدف تكامل سلسلة التوريد في المؤسسة الممتدة. طبيعة الدراسة في مجال ادارة الاعمال ونظم المعلومات، فرضت علينا الاعتماد على المقاربة الكيفية، والارتكاز على المنهج الاستكشافي مع دراسة الحالة لتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة. كانت دراسة الحالة في شركة (Condor)، التي تطبق مبادئ المؤسسة الممتدة من خلال تنوع شراكاتها وتحالفاتها الاستراتيجية داخل وخارج الوطن. النتائج المتوصل اليها ان ممارسات إدارة سلسلة التوريد الجديدة تعتمد على استخدام أنظمة المعلومات المشتركة بين المنظمات، التي تعتبر المحرك والرابط الاساسي من اجل تحقيق التنسيق والتعاون بين جميع الفاعلين (الموردين، الزبائن، الشركاء)، وتحقيق تكامل سلسلة التوريد في اطار نموذج عمل المؤسسة الممتدة. Abstract: The business model of the extended enterprise and supply chain management is one of the new and effective business models in the global business environment. This study aims to show the role and importance of using information systems to connect all the actors (suppliers, customers, partners), in order to achieve the Supply chain integration objective in the extended enterprise. The nature of the study in the field of business administration and information systems led us to rely on the qualitative approach, and to rely on the exploratory approach with case study to achieve the goal of the study. It was a case study at Condor, which applies extended enterprise principles through the diversity of its partnerships and strategic alliances. Results: New supply chain management practices depend on the use of inter-organizational information systems, which are the main driver and link to ensure coordination and cooperation between all actors, and to achieve supply chain integration within the extended enterprise business model.
