مهارات أخصائي المعلومات في التعامل مع البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر بمكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية لجامعة سطيف2 -الجزائر-

Résumé: تتميز البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر بالعديد من الخصائص التي جعلتها محور اهتمام المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات, وتعد برمجية pmb من أهم هذه الأنظمة التي اتجهت المكتبات الجامعية لاستخدامها نظرا لما تتيحه من إمكانيات كبيرة لتسهيل أداء الوظائف وتقديم الخدمات بشكل أفضل، وضمن هذا السياق تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك أخصائي المعلومات بمكتبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة سطيف2 للمهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع البرمجية مفتوحة المصدرpmb, وأكدت نتائج الدراسة عدم إلمام أخصائي المعلومات بالمعرفة الكافية ببرمجيةpmb, وكذلك نقص المهارات الفنية والتقنية الكافية لاستخدامها. Abstract open source software is characterized by many characteristics that have made it the focus of attention of libraries and information centers. PMB software is considered one of the most important of these systems that university libraries have tended to use due to the great capabilities it provides to facilitate the performance of functions and provide better services. Within this context, this study aims to identify The extent to which the information specialist in the library of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Setif 2 possesses the necessary skills to deal with the open source software pmb. The results of the study confirmed the information specialist’s lack of sufficient knowledge of the pmb software, as well as the lack of sufficient technical and technical skills to use it.
