التدريب و تأثيره على جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية -دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية ديدوش مراد قسنطينة-

Résumé: الملخص: هدفنا من خلال هذا البحث هو أن نبين مدى تأثير التدريب على جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية، وقد خلصنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التدريب الجيد يؤدي إلى تحسين الأداء وتقليل الأخطاء الطبية، وأداء العمل على نحو صحيح من المرة الأولى، وهذا يساهم في تخفيض التكاليف، ورضا المريض. وبذلك فهو يساهم في زيادة جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية. وعليه تتحقق فرضية بحثنا المتمثلة في" تحسين الجودة في العملية التدريبية يؤدي إلى تحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية المقدمة" بنسبة 100 % الكلمات المفتاحية: التدريب- الجودة- خدمات الرعاية الصحية. Abstract: Our goal in this article is to demonstrate the impact of training on the quality of health care services. we concluded that good training improves performance, reduces medical errors, and performs work correctly from the first time, which contributes to lower costs and patient satisfaction. Thus contributing to an increase in the quality of health-care services. Accordingly, our research hypothesis of "improving the quality in the training process leads to a 100% improvement in the quality of the healthcare services provided" is fulfilled.
