Résumé: The study dealt with the topic of Sheikh Al-Tayyeb Al-Uqbi and the contributions of the reformist in Algeria 1307-1377 AH / 1890-1960 AD and through this it can be said that Sheikh Al-Uqbi has an unparalleled determination and love for the homeland, despite the harassment he was subjected to by the French government, especially after he was accused of the case of the killing of Mufti Al-Khoul and his imprisonment in 1936 and his successors. From psychological effects on him and conflicts within the Association of Scholars, which ended with his resignation from the Association; All of this only increased him with determination and will to continue, so he established his own reform work and activity in which he received many support from his followers and fans, especially as he was of wide popularity that he gained through his presence in the promotion club, the Islamic Charitable Society and the Islamic Youth School, so he issued his second newspaper, Islah, and contributed to many Of charity.
