نحو شرح حديثي معاصر : المعالم ، الآليات ، الأهداف Toward A Contemporary Hadith Explanation : Landmarks ,mechanisms ,objectives

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدّراسة إلى تقديم مقترح لشرح حديثيّ معاصر من خلال محاولة لاستجلاء معالمه المنهجيّة والعلميّة التي يقوم عليها ، أبان البحث أن أبرزها التزام الضوابط والقواعد التي وضعها علماء الأمةّ لضمان الفهم السّليم للحديث النّبوي وكذا حسن تنزيله على الواقع المعيشي ، والتي تجعل هذا الشّرح أصيلا في مرجعيته ومحتواه، معاصرًا في أسلوبه ومبناه ، ولا يتحقق هذا الشّرح على أرض الواقع إلا إذا تكاتفت جهود علماء الأمّة العاملين ومؤسّساتها العلميّة مستغلين كافة الوسائل العصريّة المتاحة ساعين من خلال هذه الجهود إلى جانب خدمة السنّة النبويّة ونشر هديها بين النّاس ومواجهة التّحديات الرّاهنة تفعيلَ دور السّنّة في البناء الحضاري الإنساني . Summary : This study seeks to present a proposal of a contemporary hadith explanation through an attempt to clarify its methodological and scientific features on which it is based, the research showed that the most prominent of which is commitment to the controls and rules set by the nation’s scholars to ensure a proper understanding of the Prophet’s hadith as well as its good application to the living reality, which makes this explanation original in its reference, its content and contemporary in its style and structure, and this explanation will not be realized on the ground unless the efforts of the nation's working scholars and its scientific institutions are combined, taking advantage of all available modern means, seeking through these efforts in addition to serving the Prophet’s Sunnah and spreading its guidance among people and facing the current challenges Activating the role of the Sunnah in building Human civilization .
