واقع علاقة الأسرة بالمدرسة الابتدائية بين النصوص القانونية والواقع العملي دراسة حالة بمدينة أم البواقي - الجزائر-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة واقع العلاقة بين الأسرة والمدرسة وهذا في ظل سلسلة الإصلاحات التي عرفتها المدرسة الجزائرية والتي كان آخرها الجيل الثاني، وتمت الدراسة الميدانية ببعض المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة أم البواقي خلال السنة الدراسية (2016-2017) ومستخدمين كل من الاستمارة والمقابلة كأداة للدراسة وشملت عينة الدراسة كل من مدراء المدارس (21 مدير) وأساتذة (42 أستاذ) وأولياء التلاميذ ( 50 ولي) و مطبقين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد إجراء المعالجة التحليلية، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي : - وجود إطار قانوني معتبر ينظم المدرسة الجزائرية. - انعدام التواصل والتفاعل الايجابي بين المدرسة وأسر التلاميذ. - غياب خطة مدرسية هادفة باعتبار الأسرة شريك في العملية التعلمية التعليمية. - غموض محتوى الإصلاحات آخرها - الجيل الثاني- أنتج تبادل التهم بين الأسرة والمدرسة. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات التي من شانها أن تساهم في لفت انتباه المسوؤلين على هذا القطاع وتأتي في مقدمتها إعادة الاعتبار للعلاقة بين الأسرة والمدرسة واعتبار الأسرة شريك فعال في المنظومة التربوية ككل. The aim of this research paper is to study the relationship between the family and the school in light of the series of reforms adopted by the Algerian school, the latter between them was the second generation. The field study was conducted in some primary schools in the city of Oum El-Bouagui during the academic year 2016-2017. The study sample included the principals (21 principals), professors (42 professors) and parents of students (50 parents) and applying the descriptive analytical method. After the analysis, the results of the study were as follows: - Lack of communication and positive interaction between the school and the families of students. - Absence of a meaningful school plan since a family as a partner in the educational learning process. - The vagueness of the contents of the reforms, the latest of them - the second generation - produced the exchange of charges between the family and the school. In light of these results, a number of recommendations were presented that would contribute to attract the attention of the officials in this sector, foremost among which is the rehabilitation of the relationship between the family and the school and it should consider the family as an effective partner in the educational system as a whole.
