تفعيل الصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر دراسة حالة بعض البنوك التجارية

Résumé: نظرا للأهمية البالغة والقبول الكبير الذي شهدته الصيرفة الاسلامية من قبل المودعين والمستثمرين الذين يرغبون في التعامل بالشريعة الاسلامية بالجزائر، قامت البنوك التقليدية بالتحول للصيرفة الاسلامية وذلك عن طريق فتح نوافذ للمنتجات المالية الاسلامية. وجاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف معرفة متطلبات تفعيل الصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر، لهذا قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من الوكالات البنكية لولاية تلمسان بالاعتماد على الاستبيان، حيث اثبتت نتائج الدراسة بانه يوجد اقبال كبير على المنتجات المالية الاسلامية من طرف العملاء، كما قامت البنوك التقليدية الجزائرية بفتح فروع جديدة ونوافذ للصيرفة الاسلامية، الا ان الصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر مازالت تواجه العديد من التحديات التي تقف امام تطورها ونموها. Abstract: Due to the great importance and great acceptance that Islamic banking has witnessed by depositors and investors who wish to deal in accordance with Islamic law in Algeria, traditional banks have converted to Islamic banking by opening windows for Islamic financial products.This study came with the aim of knowing the requirements for activating Islamic banking in Algeria, for this we conducted a field study of a sample of banking agencies in the state of tlemcen based on a questionnaire, where the results of the study proved that there is a great demand for Islamic financial products on the part of customers, and Algerian traditional banks have opened new branches And windows to Islamic banking, but Islamic banking in Algeria still faces many challenges that stand in the way of its development and growth.
