Facebook contributes to the formation of world opinion Or, it also contributes to solving many problems of society, and this was by answering the following key question: What is the role of social networking sites in the formation of public opinion in community issues? ملخص: تعبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من اهم وسائل الاتصال التي فرضت نفسها في الآونة الاخيرة، كما اصبح لها دور كبير في نشر مختلف المستجدات و المواضيع في شتى المجالات، حيث تمثل حلقة وصل بين الجماهير و صناع القرار في ما يخص قضايا المجتمع و تطـلعاته، كما اخذ تأثيرها منحا تصاعدي و دورا كبيرا في التحولات الجارية ، و من هنا جاءت دراستنا هذه من أهمية تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في صناعة الرأي العام و توجيه المجتمع نحو قضايا محددة و هي دراسة وصفية اعتمدنا فيها على أداة الاستبيان الالكترونية اين توصلت الدراسة الى ان موقع الفيس بوك يساهم في تشكيل الراي العام ،كما يساهم في حل العديد من مشاكل المجتمع ، و كان ذلك من خلال الاجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تشكيل الراي العام في قضايا المجتمع؟
