Résumé: الملخص من أهم مميزات الفقه الإسلامي المصطلحات الشرعية التي يختص بها كل مذهب، ومن تلك المصطلحات التي تبين مقصود الفقيه أو الأصوليّ لقوله أو حكمه لفرع من الفروع الفقهية مصطلح ( ووجه ذلك )، أو ما يصطلح عليه توجيهات الفقهاء لأقوال أئمتهم أو أقوال المتقدّمين عنهم، مما يندرج تحت التأصيل الفقهي للفروع أو تخريج الفروع على الأصول في باب من أبواب الفقه، كما اشتهر المذهب المالكي العمل بها ، ومن أمثالهم الفقيه ابن يونس الصقلي الذي وجّه أقوال تلاميذ الإمام مالك التي كانت مبثوثة في كتب الفقه، وذلك في كتابه الجامع لمسائل المدونة والمختلطة، في العبادات المعاملات. Abstract One of the most important features of Islamic jurisprudence is the legal terminology of each doctrine. there are terms which are shared by more than one doctrinal doctrine. One of the main one of these terms refers to the intent of the jurisprudence or the fundamentalist to pronounce or to rule. the term (wawadjhethalika) or the guidance of scholars، which has been given to the statements of their imams or applicants، and which fall under the doctrinal synthesis of branches or graduation of branches in a section of the jurisprudence، including Maliki doctrine، which has been renowned for its work by scholars، and fiqh ibn youns al-saqili who addressed the words of the Maliki Imams in his book (Al DJamie )، in worship and transaction sections.
