Résumé: فرضت الأزمة المالية العالمية لسنة 2008 جملة من المعطيات الجديدة التي وجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار، وذلك من خلال العمل على إعادة الهندسة المالية لسوق رأس المال. وتتطلب عملية إعادة الهندسة المالية لسوق الأوراق المالية إعادة التفكير الأساسي في القوانين، المنظومات المالية والأدوات المالية... لأجل إعادة التصميم الجذري لها. وذلك من أجل التحفيز على تحسين الأداء المستمر لسوق رأس المال. The financial crisis of 2008 imposed new inputs that we should take it in consideration, through the financial reengineering of the financial market. The financial reengineering of the financial market needs a fundamental rethink of laws, financial systems and financial instruments. The financial reengineering will leads to a dramatic of sustainable improvements in performance.
