النظام القانوني لاستغلال العقار الفلاحي
Résumé: To meet the challenges of development and food security in Algeria, and to facilitate the exploitation of the vast lands of the Algerian territory, the state has established a legal system for the exploitation of agricultural real estate in Algeria that enables investors in this sector to obtain real estate by reclaiming it in various forms. The legislator enacted rules of ownership through a law Reclamation of real estate belonging to the private domain of the state and located in desert areas or with similar characteristics, as well as other lands not allocated to public ownership and that can be used for agriculture. Then the legislator corrected the shortcomings by enacting rules that allow the exploitation of the state’s private national property without changing its agricultural character as a new real estate policy by granting a concession contract to push the wheel of agriculture to develop the economy and agricultural investment.
