المسؤولية العقدية للمصرف الالكتروني The Contractual Responsibility Of The Electronic Bank

Résumé: ملخص: أدى التطور التكنولوجي التقني الكبير في القطاع البنكي الى تطور وتوسع القانون المصرفي، وأصبح ممكنا ابرام واثبات مختلف العقود المصرفية عن بعد، والقيام بمختلف هذه العمليات بطريقة الكترونية. هذا ما مكن من إقامة مسؤولية الأطراف نتيجة الاخلال بمختلف الالتزامات العقدية بمناسبة القيام بهذه العمليات المصرفية Abstract: The great technical development in the banking sector has led to the development and expansion of banking law, and it has become possible to conclude and prove the various banking contracts at a distance and to perform various of these operations electronically. This made it possible to establish the responsibility of the parties for the violation of various contractual obligations when carrying out these banking transactions.
