دور التشريعات القانونية في تحديد منظومة القيم في المجتمع الجزائري –قانون الأسرة نموذجا-

Résumé: تعتبر الهياكل الاجتماعية الجديدة التي ظهرت في المجتمع الجزائري شكل من أشكال التغير الاجتماعي الذي مس بنى الأسرة الجزائرية و التي تغيرت من شكل إلى شكل عبر مراحل تطورها و قد صاحب هذا التطور في الأشكال والبنى تغير في القيم التي تنظم و تحكم نظام الأسرة وتعبر النماذج الجديدة للأسرة عن البنية الجديدة للعائلة وما صاحبها من تغيرات. وقد كان لهذا التغير الاجتماعي من الشكل المحافظ إلى الشكل التقليدي تأثير بالغ الأثر على تغير النظم والقوانين التي تحكم هذه البنى والنماذج الجديدة إذ كان أمر حتمي ان تتغير منظومة القوانين التي تؤطر المجتمع إلا أن تأثير هذه القوانين قد امتد أثره إلى تغير القيم الموجودة في المجتمع حيث لعبت القوانين والنظم التي اتبعتها الجزائر خاصة في مجال الأسرة دور كبير في تحديد نظام القيم السائدة وانسحب هذا التأثير إلى التأثير على النموذج الأسري السائد في الجزائر. The new social structures that emerged in Algerian society are considered a form of social change that affected the Algerian family’s structures, which changed from one form to another through its stages of development. This development in forms and structures was accompanied by a change in the values that organize and govern the family system and express the new models of the family. About the new family structure and the changes that accompany it. This social change from the conservative to the traditional form had a great impact on the change of systems and laws that govern these new structures and models, as it was inevitable that the system of laws that frame society changed, but the effect of these laws extended its impact to the change of existing values in society where The laws and regulations adopted by Algeria, especially in the field of the family, played a major role in determining the prevailing value system, and this influence withdrew to the effect on the prevailing family model in Algeria.
