أثر التسويق الداخلي على جودة الخدمات المصرفية: دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري بمدينة قسنطينة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التسويق الداخلي على جودة الخدمات المصرفية في البنك الوطني الجزائري بمدينة قسنطينة، من خلال اختبار العلاقة بين أبعاد التسويق الداخلي وجودة الخدمات المصرفية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهجية للدراسة، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة. شمل مجتمع الدراسة موظفي وزبائن الوكالات تابعة للبنك الوطني الجزائري بقسنطينة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبعاد التسويق الداخلي لها دور كبير في إبراز وتحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية، لهذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام البنوك بدعم العمل الجماعي، وكذا تثمين وتشجيع التميز في تقديم أحسن الخدمات، وهي جوانب شبه غائبة في البنك الوطني. Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the impact of internal marketing with in the National Bank of Algeria of Constantine, by testing the relationship between the dimensions of internal marketing and the quality of banking services. Based on the descriptive analytical approach with the use of a questionnaire as a tool for the study. The population includes employees and customers of the branches of the National Bank of Algeria in Constantine. The study recommends the need to support collective work, as well as the appreciation and encouragement of excellence in the provision of the best services, a dimension neglected by the Algerian National Bank.
