Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الأنشطة اللاصفية المدرسية في اكتشاف وتوجيه المواهب الرياضية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، من خلال الأنشطة الرياضية المدرسية الداخلية والخارجية، واخترنا لهذا الغرض عينة عشوائية من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية قدرت ب 25 أستاذا من بين مجموع 250 أستاذا يمثلون مجتمع البحث المتاح، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة مناسبة لاختبار فروضنا، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: تساهم الأنشطة الرياضية اللاصفية الداخلية والخارجية في انتقاء المواهب الرياضية في متوسطات ولاية الوادي. وعدم إدراك أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للأسس العلمية في عملية انتقاء المواهب الرياضية، كما أن هناك تواصل بين أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ومدربي مختلف النوادي الرياضية في عملية توجيه المواهب الرياضية. : The study aims to find out the extent to which extracurricular activities contribute to the detection and mentoring(orientation) of sports talent in the middle school stage, represented in internal and external school sports activities, and we selected for this purpose a random sample of teachers of physical and sports education estimated at 25 out of a total of 250 teachers representing the research community, relying on the descriptive analytical approach, used the questionnaire as an appropriate tool to test our duties, and the study yielded the following results: * Indoor and outdoor extracurricular sports activities contribute to the selection of sports talent in the valley state averages. * Lack of awareness of physical and sports teachers education of the scientific basis in the process of selecting sports talents. * There is communication between physical and sports teachers and coaches of various sports clubs in the process of mentoring(orienting) sports talent.
