عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية في ظل جائحة كورونا، من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس، وللوصول الى نتائج دقيقة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية اتبعنا فيها المنهج الوصفي، وطبقنا خلالها استبيان على عينة مسحية تمثلت في اساتذة التعليم الثانوي لمدينة الونزة، والذي بلغ عددهم (150) أستاذ، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات وتحليلها، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن الاعتماد على نظام تفويج التلاميذ في المؤسسات التربوية من بين عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية في ظل جائحة كورونا، من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس. بالإضافة إلى عوامل اخرى تمثلت في دمج التعليم الحضوري بالتعليم الرقمي، وتدريب تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية على استعمال منصات التعليم الرقمية، وتنظيم المؤسسات التربوية لأيام تحسيسية حول الوعي الصحي. الكلمات المفتاحية: عوامل استثارة دافعية الانجاز ; تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية; جائحة كورونا. Abstract : The actual study is intended to uncover the factors of arousing the achievement motivation for students at the secondary level during the COVID-19 pandemic, in view of the teaching staff. We did a field study through a questionnaire drawing on the descriptive approach to seek accurate results. Through which we applied to sample of the secondary teachers in the city Ouenza numbering (150) teachers. After the processing and the analysis of statistical data the study produced the following finding: Relying on the creation of groups of pupils in the educational institutions in considered as one of the factors of arousing the achievement motivation for students at the secondary level during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the other factors consisting in the integration of the education through attendance at the school in the digital education and the training of the students to use the digital learning platforms and organizing awareness-raising days for the health conscious.
