محددات أداء المصارف في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج البانل للفترة 2012-2020

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المالي للمصارف الجزائرية، خلال الفترة 2012-2020، وذلك بتطبيق نموذج الانحدارالتجميعي لبيانات البانل واعتماد برنامج (Eviews12) في التحليل. بينت النتائج أن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على معدل العائد على إجمالي الأصول ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية تتمثل في كفاية رأس المال وحجم البنك والسيولة النقدية، بينما الكفاءة والتضخم وإجمالي الناتج المحلي ومخاطر الائتمان، ليس لها تأثيرا على الأداء المالي للبنوك محل الدراسة. This study aimed to determine the determinants of Algerian banks’ financial performance, during the period 2012-2020, by developing a model to measure the relationship between independent and dependent variables (rate of return on equity and rate of return on assets) Using the Eviews 12 software and relying on the pooled ordinary least square model of Panel Data. The results of the study revealed that the most important factors affecting the financial performance represented by the rate of return on total assets and the rate of return on equity are: capital adequacy, liquidity and bank size, but the efficiency, inflation, credit risk and GDP don’t affect banks’ financial performance
