Résumé: تطبيقا لمبدأ الفصل بين المتابعة والتأديب، جاء المرسوم التنفيذي 20-199 تجسيدا للمادة 73 من الأمر 06 -03 بقواعد تنظم اللجان الإدارية المتساوية الأعضاء المجتمعة كمجلس تأديب التي هي محل هذه الدراسة، والتي تهدف إلى إبراز الأحكام المستحدثة التي تضبط عملية إنشاء وتكوين هذه اللجان، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الإجراءات الجديدة التي جاء بها المرسوم التنفيذي 20- 199. ومن خلال هذا العمل توصلت إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أنه تم إلغاء المرسومين 84-10، و84-11، وأن هذه اللجان تتضمن أعضاء دائمين وإضافيين. According to the principale of distinction between follow up and discipline announced in the executive decree: 20-199 Through article 73 from command 06-03 of of the organisation of administrative equal member commitees rules met as as disciplinary board which is the subject of this study and that aim at highliting the created provision which control the construction process and the formation of these commities, In addition to highlighting the new actions mentioned in the executive decree 20-199. Through this framework that came to several conclusions among them: cancelling decrees 84-10 and 84-11 and these communities contain permanent and additional members.
