Résumé: " تعالج هذه الدراسة إجراءات التدقيق الجبائي للضريبة على أرباح الشركات، حيث تحتل هاته الأخيرة مكانة هامة في تمويل الميزانية العامة للدولة , فالمكلف بالضريبة في ظل النظام الجبائي الجزائري يعتمد على أساس التصريح المقدم من طرفه لدى الإدارة الجبائية، والذي على أساسه يتم فرض الضريبة، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى ضرورة مراقبة صحة هاته التصريحات من خلال عملية التدقيق الجبائي. من خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم إعطاء نظرة على تأسيس الضريبة على أرباح الشركات، وبيان الإلتزامات التي فرضها القانون الضريبي على الشركات، ثم الإحاطة بالمراحل المتبعة في عملية سير التدقيق الجبائي بالإضافة إلى دارسة ميدانية للتدقيق الجبائي للضريبة على أرباح الشركات بمديرية الضرائب لولاية الوادي .
