مجلس الإدارة واسهاماته في تعزيز حوكمة المؤسسات العائلية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى دور مجلس الإدارة ومساهمته في تعزيز الحوكمة في المؤسسات العائلية، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل الدور الذي من الممكن أن يلعبه مجلس الإدارة في دعم وإرساء قواعد وممارسات الحوكمة بهدف ترشيد عمل المؤسسات العائلية وضمان بقائها ونموها. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مهمة مفادها: ''أن تطبيق الحوكمة والالتزام بها في المؤسسات العائلية مرهون بدرجة كبيرة بمدى كفاءة وفعالية مجلس الإدارة''. Abstract: This study aims to highlight on the role of the Adminatrative Board and its contribution to enhancing governance in families institutions (wch specialize with families issues). The descriptive methodology was used to describe and analyze the Board's role that can play in supporting and establishing the rules and practices of governance in order to rationalize the work of family institutions and ensure their survival and growth. The study concluded with this result : ‘’The application of corporate governance in family institutions is highly dependent on the hiefficiency and effectiveness of the Adminatrative Board’’
