إتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو جودة الحياة الوظيفية دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية للشهداء ساعد قرمش/ السعودي/ عمار/ أحميدة لولاية سكيكدة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة إتجاهات المرأة العاملة نحو جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية للشهداء ساعد قرمش/ السعودي/ عمار/ أحميدة لولاية سكيكدة، تم الإستعانة بالإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة قدرت ب 50 عاملة، وبعد جمع البيانات وتبويبها وتحليلها بمختلف الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود إتجاهات سلبية لدى المرأة العاملة نحو بعد بيئة العمل. - وجود إتجاهات إيجابية لدى المرأة العاملة نحو بعد جماعات العمل وبعد نمط الإشراف. - وبالتالي وجود إتجاهات ذات طبيعة سلبية لدى المرأة العاملة نحو متغير جودة الحياة الوظيفية. Abstract: This study aims to know the attitudes of working women towards the quality of the career life in the public hospital institution of the martyrs Saad Guermech/ Saoudi/ Amar/ Ahmaida Skikda , a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 female workers and after collecting, tabulating and analyzing data with various appropriate statistical methods, the following results have been reached: - The presence of negative trends among working women towards the dimension of the work environment. - There are positive trends among working women towards the work groups and after the pattern of supervision. Thus, there are trends of a negative nature for working women towards a quality change in the career. Keywords: directions, working women, quality, quality of life, quality of work life.
