أثر التدوير الوظيفي على التدفق النفسي من منظور الدور الوسيط للاستغراق الوظيفي لإدارات المدارس كما يراها المعلمين بتعليمية الباطنة جنوب
Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة التدوير الوظيفي ومدى توافر التدفق النفسي ومستوى الشعور بالاستغراق الوظيفي لدى إدارات المدارس كما يراها المعلمين بتعليمية الباطنة جنوب، والتحقق من مدى تأثير التدوير الوظيفي تأثيرا جوهريا على التدفق النفسي، والكشف عن مدى توسط الاستغراق الوظيفي العلاقة بين التدوير الوظيفي والتدفق النفسي، تم تطبيق استبانة التدوير الوظيفي ومقياس التدفق النفسي ومقياس الاستغراق الوظيفي على (210) معلما ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مستوى ممارسة مرتفع للتدوير الوظيفي ومدى توافر كبير للتدفق النفسي ومستوى شعور متوسط للاستغراق الوظيفي، والى وجود تأثير للتدوير الوظيفي على التدفق النفسي، وأن الاستغراق الوظيفي يتوسط العلاقة كليا بين التدوير الوظيفي والتدفق النفسي، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد العينة حول متغيرات التدوير الوظيفي والتدفق النفسي والاستغراق الوظيفي تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس المؤهل الدراسي وسنوات الخبرة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of job rotation practice, the availability of psychological flow and the level of career placement among school administrations as seen by teachers in Al Batinah South Education, and to verify the extent to which job rotation has a fundamental impact on psychological flow, to reveal the extent to which career placement mediates the relationship between job rotation and psychological flow. The job rotation questionnaire, the psychological flow scale and the career placement scale were applied to (210) teachers. The results of the study showed a high level of job rotation practice, a high availability of psychological flow and an average level of career placement, the existence of an effect of job rotation on psychological flow, that career placement mediates the relationship entirely between job rotation and psychological flow, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample members' responses to the study variables according to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.
