الدعم الاجتماعي في مواجهة المجهدات الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الدكتوراه

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة الدعم الاجتماعي لطلبة الدكتوراه في الجزائر في مواجهة المجهدات الأكاديمية، من خلال قياس مستوى الدعم الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه، فضلا عن الكشف عن إمكانية وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بين مستويات الدعم الاجتماعي لطلبة الدكتوراه تعزى الى متغير النوع ذكور/ إناث، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك قمنا باستخدام مقياس الدعم الاجتماعي لفوكس ترجمة عزت عبد العزيز وتكييفه على عينة الدراسة التي شملت 424 طالبة وطالب دكتوراه في الجزائر، باستخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية، وقد اسفرت هذه الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - أن مستوى الدعم الاجتماعي لطلبة الدكتوراه في الجزائر منخفض. - انه توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين مستويات الدعم الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه في الجزائر تعزى الى متغير الجنس (ذكور/ اناث) لصالح الاناث. Abstract: This study aimed to discover the nature of social support in confronting academic stressor among doctoral students in Algeria, by measuring the level of social support among doctoral students, as well as to discover the differences between the responses of the sample members due to the variable (sex), and to achieve these objectives, We applied the Fox Social Support Scale, translated by Ezzat Abdel Aziz, and adapted it to the study sample, which included 424 doctoral students in Algeria. We used some descriptive and inferential statistical methods, and and accordingly, this study concluded : The level of social support for doctoral students in Algeria is low ; There are statistically significant differences between the levels of social support among doctoral students in Algeria due to the gender variable (males/females) in favor of females.
