الوقاية من العنف داخل المنشآت الرياضية في إطار القانون 13-05

Résumé: باللغة العربية: يعد العنف داخل المنشآت الرياضية من أخطر الظواهر المنتشرة في الوسط الرياضي والتي أصبحت تهدد السلامة العامة لكيان الدولة، هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية المعقدة ليست حديثة في المجال الرياضي وإنما هي قديمة قدم الرياضة، لكن الجديد هو تعدد صور العنف داخل هذه المنشآت والذي أصبح يهدد الرياضة التنافسية، لذا كان لابد من تدخل القانون لمكافحته ولقد ارتأينا من خلال هذه الدراسة القانونية تسليط الضوء على هذه الآفة بالتطرق إلى أهم التدابير القانونية المتخذة من طرف المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون رقم 13-05 المتعلق بتنظيم الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية وتطويرها. باللغة الإنجليزية: Violence within sports facilities is one of the most dangerous phenomena prevalent in the sports community, which threat the public safety of the state, This complex social phenomenon is not recent in the sports field, but is as old as sports, however the new is the multiplicity of the forms of violence within these facilities, which has become a threat to competitive sport and wastes the lofty values of sport manifested in sportsmanship, therefore intervention of law was necessary to combat it. We opted through this legal study to shed light on this scourge through addressing the most important legal measures were adopted by the Algerian legislator.
